  • Meghan's practice focuses on corporate governance and commercial litigation. She litigates in the Delaware Court of Chancery and advises clients at every stage of the litigation process, from pre-complaint investigation to appeal. Meghan started her career in the corporate litigation group at Richards, Layton & Finger, before practicing for nine years in the litigation group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP under the former Vice Chancellor Stephen P. Lamb.

    Pro Bono Representation:

    Contributed to the ACLU's challenge to and the ultimate repeal of an anti-panhandling statute in Wilmington, Delaware.

    Participated in project seeking to reunite parents separated from children at the Mexican border.

    Contributed to the preparation of a bill codifying the protection for reproductive rights under Roe v. Wade in Delaware.

    Successfully argued for protection from abuse orders in legal assistance program.

    Meghan also drafts legislation and provides advice to the Delaware State Senate Democratic Caucus.
